Faq's & Rules
Q. How many guests can I invite?
- We have parties and seating for up to 30 guest and also have additional seating for parents. Our basic party package starts out with 20 guest (parents can jump for free)
Q. Can I give my party host a tip?
- Tipping is greatly appreciated. If you feel your party host has done a great job please feel free to tip. A 10% tip is customary but how much you give should be dependant on how great the party host was.
Q. Can I bring confetti or hang streamers?
- We have gone to great lengths to professionally decorate our facility, so we ask that you bring only table decorations and nothing can be hung on the walls. Absolutely no confetti or silly string will be allowed in or outside the facility. If you use them you may be subject to a $25 clean-up fee.
Q. Can I have alcohol for the adults?
- Since we are a children's party facility we do not allow alcohol.
Q. How early should I arrive before my party?
- It is best if you arrive the same time your party does (10-15 minutes early). Our party host will take care of all the set-up so you don't need to. Just arrive with your guests and let our party host take care of everything.
Q. Can I bring my own decorations, paper products in myself and set them up before my party?
- With every party we provide your paper products (plates, cups napkins) and utensils free of charge. These are generic and have no theme. If you would like to bring your own theme decorations, such as plates, cups, napkins and table cloth, feel free to do so. Just make sure to let your party host know as soon as you arrive so they can set everything up for you. Just hand them your decorations and go enjoy the party.
Q. Can we put family members on the same waiver?
- Yes. There is no need to fill out separate waivers for each member of your family. Just put all their information on one waiver. We have extra waivers at the facility if you need them.
Q. What should my guests bring to the party?
- Your guest should bring their sign waivers and a pair of socks (yes, socks are required and everyone must have a pair)
Q. Can I download the Waiver from your website?
- Yes you can download the waiver right here.... Click here
Q. How soon should I book my party?
As soon as possible. Our party rooms are booked on a first come first served basis, so the sooner you book your party, the better your selection will be. It is not uncommon for parties to be scheduled four to eight weeks in advance! Note: we cannot guarantee your reservation without a Deposit. All deposits are non-refundable.
Q. Can we just come for Open Jump and bring our cake, etc?
No. We are in the Birthday Party business and we believe our rates are extremely competitive for all that we provide. No cakes, celebrations, presents, etc will be allowed unless you have reserved a party through one of our many party packages. PLEASE DO NOT ASK US TO DEVIATE FROM THIS POLICY, AS WE SIMPLY CANNOT.
Q. Should we open presents at It'z Party Time?
- This is a decision that only you can make, but from our experience most guests at a birthday party have little interest in sitting still while the birthday boy or girl opens presents. Some party packages do offer a Party Hostess to assist you with the opening of presents should you so desire.
Q. Are my guests required to sign waivers?
- Absolutely. No one is allowed in the jump arena without a signed waiver on file. Your guests will be given a waiver when they arrive or you can pick them up in advance to send with your invitations.
Q. What other safety rules are there?
- All participants must wear socks regardless of age, weight, etc. No earrings, belts, eyeglasses or jewelry are allowed for the safety of each participant. Participants are not allowed to have anything in their mouth such as candy, food, gum or any foreign object as these items present a severe choking hazard in a jumping and bouncing play area. Our ride operators will also be on hand to help enforce these and other safety concerns as needed to keep all participants safe.
Q. How do I book a party?
- You can make a party reservation on the phone to discuss your needs so we can help you choose the perfect party plan. (We require that you pay a $50 non refundable deposit at the time of booking). The balance and any extras you purchase such as pizza, drinks, or balloons can be paid for the day of the party. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, cash or checks.
Q. Will there be a staff member to help with the kids in the play area and in the party room?
- Yes, there are coordinators in the party arena to help supervise the safe play of the kids. We will also help you get settled in the party room. If you need assistance during your party, please let us know and we will be happy to help. When the party is over, we do all the cleaning up for you.
Q. What should the kids wear?
"Socks are required" - We suggest party Moms bring extra socks with them in case someone forgets to bring some. Long sleeves are recommended. Clothes with zippers or hooks (other then at the waist) are not allowed as they may scratch the inflatable. Nylon type pants make the kids go extra fast down the slides.
Q. How early should everyone arrive prior to the party?
- Everyone, including the party family, should arrive no more than 5 to 10 minutes before the scheduled party time. We need to collect waivers and review our safety rules with everyone before the party starts. Please do not arrive more then 10 minutes early because other parties may be in session.
Q. Can Adults play on the inflatable?
- Parents are asked to help ensure their children follow the safety rules on the inflatable. Parents can help their children on the inflatable and can play on them as long as there are no children in their way and they don't go over the 250-pound weight limit. Parents who are on the inflatable must wear socks and need to remove belts, watches, or other sharp objects.

- One at a time down slides Feet first only down slides No bouncing at top of slides (just sit down and slide please) Stay on the designated course of all inflatable Little people and big people should not bounce at the same time (adults can sit in a bounce house to be near their children, but should not bounce at the same time children are bouncing) No fighting or wrestling or ball beaming No gum in Party Center Please listen to Party Center staff and follow additional safety rules as explained Have Fun and Be Safe!
